Anna Naumenko

Anna Naumenko is a Chartered Psychologist, Psychometrician and Existential Counsellor with more than two decades of experience developing assessments, guiding individuals through career transitions and consulting organisations across sectors and geographies.

She advises on the development, validation and ethical use of psychometric tools, helping clients refine their in-house assessments, align strategies with business goals and promote fairness and inclusivity. As a Test Reviewer for the British Psychological Society she evaluates assessments produced by other publishers.

Anna is particularly interested in innovations such as gamified assessments and the use of AI in test development. She works internationally and is fluent in English and Russian.
