What we collect.

Your name, email and message when you contact us, book a call or request materials; engagement information when you become a client; psychometric responses, interview material and assessment reports when you take part in a leadership assessment; payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details); and website analytics data.

Leadership assessments.

Where an organisation commissions an assessment of an individual, we make clear to that person that the assessment is taking place, what it involves and who will receive the findings. Assessment reports are shared only as agreed at the outset and are never published. Our assessments are professional development tools, not medical or clinical diagnoses.

How we use information.

To respond to you, deliver our services, prepare assessment and coaching outputs, process payments, run and improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. We rely on the legal bases of contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and, where required, consent.

Sharing.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who support our services — including our website and database hosting, Google Analytics, Calendly, Stripe and our email provider — with commissioning clients as agreed, and where the law requires. Some providers process data outside the UK/EEA; where they do, recognised transfer safeguards are used.

Retention.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then delete it securely.

Your rights.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your information, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent, by contacting lara@caiaconsulting.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, your local supervisory authority.
