Deborah Gehrmann
Deborah is a business psychologist, executive coach and leadership consultant. She works with founders, senior leaders and their teams on the psychological patterns, unconscious habits and limiting beliefs that shape how they lead, especially when growth or transitions put pressure on performance and the people around them.
As Founder Associate at CAIA, she works closely with CEO and Co-Founder Lara Menke on CAIA's strategic direction, across brand, product, client operations and business development. Alongside this, she designs and delivers CAIA's leadership and team-development solutions.
Before CAIA, Deborah spent nearly a decade in strategic commercial and relationship management roles, partnering with senior executives across global financial services and tech. That experience informs what she values most in her work today: an understanding of what high-pressure commercial and growth environments actually demand of leaders, and where those demands and blind spots affect performance and relationships.
Deborah holds an MSc in Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, an MSc in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, and a BSc in Business Administration and Economics. She is an ICF ACC-accredited Executive Coach with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Coaching, and holds certificates in Organisational & Leadership Coaching as well as Somatic Coaching & Visualisations.
