What's your unique values profile?
That's the question behind COA, a scientifically grounded values psychometric assessment designed to give you practical leadership insights into your core values and drivers.
We built it: Because we know that most traditional psychometric values assessments weren't designed specifically for startups and scaleups.
While they can offer valuable insights, many measure only a small number of values, use very academic terminology, and produce lengthy reports that are difficult to translate into practical leadership decisions for non-psychologists.
COA measures 12 core drivers and 29 values in just 15 minutes.
A few things that make COA different:
◆Startup-native
Designed with and for founders, leadership teams and growing businesses, with practical applications for leadership development, recruitment and investment decisions.
◆Psychological depth, without the complexity
Goes beneath surface-level behaviour to uncover the motivations driving decisions, priorities and leadership impact.
◆Modern values
Alongside established motivations, COA measures values that reflect today's world, including Consciousness, Innovation and Grit.
◆The "dark side" of strong values
There are no inherently good or bad values. COA highlights potential blind spots and risk factors, and shows how strongly held values can become liabilities when overused.
◆No certification needed
Intentionally built to be practical and easy to understand. Beyond identifying your strongest drivers, the report provides risk factors, coaching questions and practical tips for growth, without requiring specialist training to interpret the results.
